1. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, durable materials including hardwoods, steel, wool, leather, canvas, and stone. All our materials are chosen for their aesthetics and longevity. Specific materials are listed on each product page. We use natural materials whenever possible, and strive to make pieces that will wear well and be worthy of repair when necessary.

2. Are your pieces customizable?

Yes! Many of our standard designs can be customized in terms of size, finish, fabric, and more. Reach out to us to discuss your needs.

3. Do you offer custom furniture design?

While we primarily only make our own original designs, we do sometimes consider fully custom design and build work for the right projects and budget. Contact us if you'd like to discuss.

4. Do you work with interior designers or trade professionals?

Yes, we love working with trade members! We offer a 15% discount and custom design support. Learn more about our Trade Program.

5. How long will my order take?

Lead times vary by item and customization, but most pieces ship within 8-12 weeks. Custom projects may take longer—we’ll provide a timeline with your quote. Sometimes we have the capacity to do rush orders, so if you need something quickly, just send us an email to inquire.

6. Do you ship outside of the U.S.A?

Yes, we are able to ship to most countries. Shipping rates and methods vary based on location and item size. Contact us for a detailed quote.

7. Do you offer white glove delivery?

Yes, we can arrange white glove delivery in select areas. Let us know your location and we'll confirm availability and inform you of the cost.

8. What is your return policy?

Most of our designs that are standard materials and dimensions maybe returned in new condition within 30 days of initial delivery. Return shipping costs are the burden of the purchaser, but the purchase price, less shipping fees, can be returned after verification of new condition of the returned item. Please contact us for details.

9. How do I care for my furniture?

We include care instructions with every piece. Generally, we recommend regular dusting and using coasters or mats to protect surfaces.

10. Can I see your products in person?

Yes, we have a showroom located at at 985 Mcgarry Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021. Appointments are available by request.
