Curbside Delivery

Most furniture items are shipped via LTL carriers in the United States and Canada. Our default shipping option is Curbside Delivery, meaning your item will arrive on a pallet, and will be delivered to the curb or driveway of the address you provide at checkout.

You will be responsible for unpacking the furniture and taking inside (or outside, in the case of Outdoor Furniture), and disposing of the packaging materials.

White Glove Delivery

This is an upgraded service, in which the furniture is delivered to your provided address, then unpacked by a team of people, taken to your location of choice, and then all packaging material is disposed of by the delivery team. We will need some extra information from you in order to book this style of delivery - such as information about staircases, elevators, or sharp corners in your space.

International orders can be shipped by Air Freight or Ocean Freight. Air Freight is faster, but can sometimes be more expensive. We will need to do an individual shipping quote for international orders, so please reach out to us via email so we can provide a delivery fee quote. When reaching out, please include your full delivery address and which item(s) you are interested in purchasing, as we will require that to get an accurate quote.
