Return & Warranty Policy

Thank you for supporting our small studio with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and warranty policy below.

Furniture Warranty

All furniture items include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents are not covered under this warranty.
  • If you believe your furniture item has a defect, please contact us with your order information and clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess the claim and, if approved, provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Repairs & Longevity

We want your furniture or bag to last a lifetime.

If your piece has been damaged or has experienced heavy wear from use, we’re happy to explore repair or update options with you, for a reasonable fee. Whenever possible, we prioritize repairing your original piece rather than replacing it.

Returns

We accept returns on all items (furniture and bags) within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as the item is in new, unused condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to our studio in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method if the item is confirmed to be in new condition.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.
